- Out Station travel for meetings etc,. Note for Item No 1 to 9: 1).The rates quoted by the firm shall be excluding of the GST. 2).Outstation Travel Charges will be paid as per actuals at the rate mentioned below. a)For visits to NewDelhi Air fare economy class will be paid. b)Accommodation including daily allowance charges are paid at a rate of Rs.8,000/- per day for Team Leader cum Project Manager. 3).Bidder to quote one single unique% (percentage) at par, below par or above par against the given value. 4).The financial evaluation shall be based on the above Financial Bid. 5).The above quote includes all costs incurred by Authority Engineer to provide PMS to Authority. 6).All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees and shall be subject to applicable Indian laws withholding taxes if any. 7).Remuneration rates as indicated above shall be increased in accordance with provisions in Agreement. However, for evaluation of Financial Bid, the quoted initial rate shall be multiplied by the total time input envisaged for each position on this contract, i.e., without considering the increase in the remuneration rates.
