Work should be executed in accordance with the following technical specification. (1) The enclosure should be modular in construction. (2) Acoustic panels fabricate 16/18 SWG Sheet. (3) G.I.Perforated sheet 0.5mm thick for inner side. (4) Durable industrial locking system on doors. (5) Gasket doors with high quality neoprene (EPDM) rubber gaskets. (Bulb type). (6) Sound proofing with rock wool density 96 Kg/Cubic Mtr [IS 8183] Rock Wool India. (7) Rock wool insulation thickness 100 in mm. (8) Rock wool covering with fire proof tissue paper. (9) Forced ventilation for providing airflow sufficient for removing heat generated by the generator. (10) Acoustic enclosure is designed for the loss of 20-25 dB (A) at the distance of 1 meter from the acoustic surface as per the CPCB Norms. (75 dB (A) at 1 meter Distance) depends on atmosphere sound GFL Industries. (11) Temperature difference between ambient and enclosure controlled below 5-7 degree centigrade. (12) Acoustic enclosure should be Powder coated Paint (Environment Green). (13) Big size opening doors for access for repair etc of the full length of DG canopy. (14) Acoustic window should be of Toughened Glass.
