Dismantling, Construction of Old Dy.CE/Con/JMP Office, Repair and maintenance of the Dy.CE/Con/BGP office at Bhagalpur and ORH, Transit camp, SSEs Office at NFK, SBG, CLG, JRLE and Malda Town in connection with ongoing projects under the jurisdiction of Dy.CE/Con/BGP. - Overall percentage increase/decrease over the departmental cost based on Eastern Railway Unified Standard Schedule of rates( Works and Materials) 2011 for this items which are not included in Schedule -A, B-I(a),B-I(b), B-I(c),B-I(d) and B-I(e). Note:- 1.Any item of Unified Standard Schedule of rates( Works and Materials) 2011 can be got excuted under this schedule except that items which are listed in Annexure of Sch-A, B-I(a) ,B-I(b), B-I(c),B-I(d) and B-I(e). 2.Only one percentage to be quoted over departmental cost. 3.It will be at the contractor's responsibility to hand over the vacant and unoccupied possession of the complete works to the railway's authorized representative. 4.All the materials/conditions for works under this Schedule shall be as given at the top of each Chapter in L&M Schedule, 2011 with the following modification. (i)All water to be used in works shall be of appropriate quality and shall be supplied by the contractor at the site of requirement, Railway shall not supply it. (ii) The Railway shall not supply and equipment's, tools and machinery. (iii) Work under this schedule will be executed after getting work-order approved by Engineer- in-charge.
