Earthwork in widening of existing embankment, miscellaneous work of service building, retaining wall etc. & maintenance works in connection with new railway line between Azimganj Jn. Station to Murshidabad Station under the jurisdiction of Dy. Chief Engineer/Construction/I/Eastern Railway/Sealdah. - Overall percentage increase/decrease over the rates of Eastern Railway under Sealdah division of USSOR, 2021 can be executed under this schedule which is excluded at Schedule-A. Note: (1) Any item of Eastern Railway USSOR, 2021 can be executed under this schedule except those items which are not listed in Schedule A. (2) Only one percentage is to be quoted. (3) All the materials/conditions for works under this schedule will be given at the top of each Chapter in Eastern Railway USSOR, 2021 in the following modifications:- i) All the water to be used in works shall be of appropriate quality & shall be supplied by the contractor at site of requirement, Railway shall not supply the same. ii) The materials which are to be supplied by Railway in IOW's stores from where the contractor will transport the same to site & return excess materials to the said stores without any separate payment for lead, loading & unloading.
