This tender is floated for Construction of New Retail Outlet at Gundugolanu, Eluru under Vijayawada retail RO.Nos. of vendors required for the job: 01 nos. Completion period: 75 days from the date of call up order. Call up order shall be issued by user against the standing order placed by CPO.The job shall be finalized basis the all-inclusive overall lowest offer obtained in the tender. The job shall be awarded to SINGLE party.Security Deposit of 1%, Retention money of 10% applicable. EMD is Rs 7.080 Lacs. Evaluation criteria overall lowest basis. CPBG CLAUSE: Bidder has an option to submit CPBG of value 10% of PO value in lieu of Retention money and SD as per GTC.Post submission of Bids, Bidder shall not be allowed to furnish any new experience details not included in experience list furnished in their Bid. Bidders are requested to submit all qualification details along with relevant supporting authenticated documents at the first instance itself. However, HPCL also reserves the right to seek clarification OR additional document for completing evaluation, if so required. Bidders are advised to read the clause on Planning and Designing in purview of Vulnerability Atlas of India incorporated in this tender before bidding. NOTE- EXEMPTION DOCUMENT (IF APPLICABLE) SHALL BE UPLOADED IN THE EMD SECTION OF THE TENDER FAILING WHICH THE UNPRICED BID OF THE BIDDER SHALL NOT BE OPENED AND THE BIDDER SHALL BE REJECTED ON THE BASIS OF NOT SUBMITTING THE EMD.
