Execution of works for detailed design and construction drawing of structures including allied design drawings in connection with construction of multi-storey building (B+G+12) for officers' flat at 157A, Maniktala Road, of Metro Railway, Kolkata. Preparation of detailed design and construction drawing of structures including allied design drawing works etc. in connection with construction of multi-storey building (B+G+12) for officers' flat of approximate typical floor area of 618.2 sqm. at 157A,Maniktala Road of Metro Railway, Kolkata. The entire work is to be executed as per the scope of the work provided in the Document and as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge. Payment mode is as under - (i)On completion Total Station Survey works, Geo-technical investigation works and submission of survey drawing &report, 5 (five) % of the accepted rate. (ii)On submission of Final Architectural design and drawing, preliminary NOC from WBF&ES and height clearance from the Airports Authority of India (if required), 10 (ten) % of the accepted rate. (iii)On obtaining the pre certificate from the IGBC, 5 (five) % of the accepted rate. (iv)After proof checking of the structural design calculations and drawings by the Consultant appointed by Metro Railway, Kolkata, 25 (twenty-five) % of the accepted rate. (v)On submission and approval of the architectural, structural, finishing, MEP, Fire-fighting, landscaping and other working details and drawings, 35 (thirty-five) % of the accepted rate. (vi)On submission of detailed BoQ and BBS, 20 (twenty) % of the accepted rate. The rate shall be inclusive of all consumables, plants & machinery/software etc. all taxes including GST.
