Tunnel No- 1 Execution of misc. work to facilitate fixing of electrical fittings, ventilator jet fans, cable tray etc. inside the tunnel including construction of electrical sub-station office building & DG room etc. in Govindgarh-Rampur Naiken section of Rewa-Sidhi new line project. Production and application of steel fibre reinforcement shotcrete as per approved M-20/high grade Mix Design and specification for required thickness as per drawing or as directed by Engineer in charge in walls/Roofs of tunnel etc. with contractor's own materials (excluding cement), maximum 10mm size of aggregate including supplying, fixing and other ingredient such as steel fibres, silica fume etc. labour, tools, plants and machinery including supply, fixing and removing and bailing out water, shoring and timbering and such other measures as necessary. With all leads, lifts, ascents etc. complete in all respects as per drawing and specifications and direction of the engineer at site. The work includes cost of production and application of shotcrete by using shotcrete machine , designing the concrete mix, removal of rebound, curing and finishing the exposed surface, placing plug gauges for control of thickness, including any other incidental work as a complete job, NOTES:-(1) The cement shall be paid separately under relevant item as actually consumed at site.
