Construction/Modification in existing station buildings for accommodation of EI/PI facilities, construction of SP/SSP, other associated ancillary works in between between Bishnupur (including) - Moynapur (excluding) & Aarambag (including) - Goghat (excluding) and execution of other miscellaneous works, required for successful commissioning of the section between Goghat (including) to Moynapur (including) in connection with Tarakeswar - Bishnupur new BG Line. - Overall percentage increase/ decrease over the rates under Howrah Division of Eastern Railway Unified Standard Schedule of Rates (Works & Materials) 2021 for all items not included in Schedule-BI. Note: (1) Any item of schedule of Eastern Railway Unified Standard Schedule of Rates (Works & Materials) 2011 can be executed under this schedule except that items which are listed in Sch-B-I(A), B-I(B), B-I(C), B-I(D). (2) Only one percentage is to be quoted. (3) All the materials / conditions for works under this schedule. Will be as given at the top of each Chapter in Eastern Railway Unified Standard Schedule of Rates (Works & Materials) 2021 in the following modifications. i) All the water to be used in works shall be of appropriate quality & shall be supplied by the contractor at site of requirement, Railway shall not supply the same. ii)The materials to be supplied by Railway shall be supplied by the SSE/W/CON's stores at ---------- from where the contractor will transport the same to site & return excess materials to the said stores without any separate payment for lead loading & unloading. The contractor shall include such expenses in the overall percentages. iii) Railway shall not supply any equipment, tools & machineries. iv) Work under this Schedule will be executed after getting work order approved by Engineer-In-Charge.
