Maximum Rate of TC as applicable from time to time which at present is Rs 20 per ton and TAC applicable from time to time which at present is Rs 160000 per rake per terminal for Group I and Group II CRT and 50 percentage of the base rate for Group III CRT. Contract shall be awarded to the eligible tendered bidding the minimum percentage share in Terminal Charges TC and Terminal Access Charges TAC. If a bidder quotes a rate At Par then it would mean that he will take 100 percentage of TC and TAC without any share to Railways Further if a bidder quotes percentage Below rate then it would mean that the percentage that he has entered will be retained by Railways and rest percentage will be taken by the bidder. For example if a bidder quotes 10 percentage below rate then it would mean that he wants 10 percentage of the TC and TAC to be retained with Railways and he will take 90 percentage of the TC and TAC
