Design of Broad Gauge Ballastless track including proof checking, supply, installation, testing, and commisssioning in between Kheraundh to jamundaha stations in Tunnels No. 1 to 4 (Total 04 nos. of Tunnels) (Approx. total length 1.226 Km ) with all other ancillary works in connection with construction of New BG Line between Tilaiya to Koderma under the jurisdiction of Dy CE/Construction/Dhanbad. (Bihar ) Design of Ballastless track structure between Kheraund and Jamundaha section (Approx. Km 1.226) for Broad Gauge line using Contractor's own fastening system for axle loads and speeds as specified in The Technical Requirements & Technical Specifications, including submission of Design criteria, Calculations, Design Methodology, Detailed design, detailed drawings, construction Methodology, QAP, maintenance manuals, damage rectification methodology, including all its various components as per various input parameter and characteristics of various component of fastening system, etc as a complete job and as directed by Engineer in charge. The design will be property of Railway to be used in the entire Koderma-Tilaiya New BG Railway Line Project (a) For track in straight and curves In tunnels & over bridges including transition at approaches. (b) For Switch Expansion Joints (SEJ) including transition portion if any. (c) For track in straight and curves on formations (cutting/filing) including transition portion.
