Flash butt welding of 20 rail panels of all rail sections (New/SH) at site (in situ/Cess) by RDSO approved firms using mobile Flash Butt welding plant and Phased Array Ultrasonic testing (PAUT) of FB welded joints, executed by mobile FB plants at site using RDSO verified PAUT weld tester, in the entire jurisdiction of Construction Organization of North Eastern Railway Gorakhpur. Flash butt welding of all type of 20 rail panels (60kg/52kg 72 UTS /90 UTS/110 UTS or higher New/in service) at site using contractor's own Mobile Flash Butt Welding plant & other equipment, machinery, tools & plants accessories, consumables, material, labour etc complete as per Indian Railway's manual for Flash butt welding and testing of welded joints as per Indian Railway's Manual for Ultrasonic testing of Welds. The rates are inclusive of all necessary lifting pulling handling of 20 rail panel adjustment of welding gap as required losening/ tightening /removal/re-fixing of fittings and fastening, mobilization of Flash butt welding plant, all taxes, all lead and lift etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
