Flash Butt Welding of 60 / 52 Kg (90 UTS) Rails of 260 m panels or lesser length in situ or at any location and ultrasonic testing of rail welds with "Phased Array ultrasonic testing) as per direction of Engineer In-charge on Construction projects of UMB, FZR, DLI, MB and Lucknow divisions. Flash Butt welding of all types of 20 rail panels(60Kg/52Kg, 72/90 UTS, New/In service) at site , using contractor's own self-propelled rail cum road/Mobile FBW plants and other equipments, machinery, tools and plants, accessories, consumables, materials, labour etc.complete as per Indian Railway's manual for Ultrasonic testing of welds.
