Instructions given by the technical staff/officer from time to time will have to be fully followed. 6. Any further difference in the amount in the GSI based on the rates of Rural BSR 2024-25 will not be payable as a result of amendment. 7. In case of any dispute, the decision taken by Gram Panchayat Shahpura will be final and acceptable to both the parties. 8. On demand from time to time, the technical officer will have to get the samples of various construction materials tested from a recognized laboratory at his own cost and submit the report. 9. If the work is not done within 08 days of receiving the work order, in addition to the action given in condition number 14 of these conditions, penalty will also be imposed as per rules, which will be deducted directly from the bill payment amount. 10.
